HOW TO USE
Rub on dry skin in circular motions, focusing on key areas you want extra attention like collarbones, shoulder blades and arms.
For best results, use after scrubbing. I recommend my Shimmer Scrub. One to smooth, one to soften, both to make you outshine everyone.
